THE COMPANY

Sirell Commercial Real Estate Services was founded in 2013 by Bill Ellis after a very successful 16 year run with Concord Properties where he served as President for most of that period. The relationship initially began in 1992, when Mr. Ellis was President of Club Consultants, Inc. CCI teamed up with Concord Properties to develop The Quarry Golf Club in San Antonio. The relationship  flourished and Mr. Ellis joined Concord in 1996 to take over the day to day operation of the company’s real estate investment and management functions.

The relationship began as an asset management role for Mr. Ellis where he oversaw the operations of the two primary of ce properties of the company at that time – One Riverwalk Place and Concord Plaza. Both assets were sold in the late 1990’s as Mr. Ellis led the company towards a new horizon in Concord Park on the north side of San Antonio. The opening of Concord Park I in July of 2000 marked the beginning of more than a dozen years of successful of successful office and retail development projects, as well as various residential developments in which the company became involved.

In 2012, Mr. Ellis left Concord to form his own company and to begin providing third party commercial and residential real estate development and asset advisory services. Just six months into the new frontier, Sirell was already developing two major projects for highly regarded medical and professional service providers in San Antonio, as well as consulting on numerous other commercial development projects in the region.
