Pape-Dawson Engineers Office Building

Pape-Dawson’s Corporate Office Building represents the leading edge in state of the art office building design and construction, featuring a striking and beautiful stone and glass façade that encompasses highly efficient workspace in a simple, but elegant environment.  Sirell was honored to serve as real estate and development advisor to the principals of Pape-Dawson in the creation of this beautiful project, which was completed in July of 2014.  Sirell’s relationship with Pape-Dawson continues as we provide on-going facility management and consulting services.
